I am the Great Lady of Snakes, for I am the rebirther, the magickal instigator of self transformation. Do not summon my powers only to shun them when I arrive, for that blasphemy has a cost. Call me only in times of genuine need of an inner transformation so great that your very request may mean that in doing so you lose even yourself.

A rebirth is birth from old form into new. Painfully misunderstood and so jovially spoken from your mouths in everyday speech! Oh! My joy it is to birth the transformation of the dead, decaying, crumbling foundations of the once former self. I exist in constant rebirthing for that is my nature. It is entirely as a snake shedder and rebirther. I uphold the transformative powers that vibrate from the formless.

I offer this gateway, this process, this sacred rebirth for those who embark at least with a genuine deep inner yearning so the desire forces them to cry out and summon me. For those this is absolute, this is their time and calling.

I shed and I transform by the peeling away of your skins and foundations, doing that which is required and there is so little need to hold on for in the very affirmation of maintaining the “I”, the “self”, this may then endure a breach like birth. The letting go of the trappings bonded within humanity is usually based so deep that one might not even know consciously what it is one fears the most. Once in the serpentine birth canal, when the walls press upon one, one begins to understand that the first realisation is that of the birthing of their most inner fears. Examples of this can be found in your fellows, the ones that have genuinely undergone such a process. Fears of insanity, fear of losing control is still a wrapping in this prevention of letting go, often it comes out as the very same nature of the fear of losing oneself which is the complete identification of ones life as one knows it.

Many are heard and witnessed to say with much (empty) earnest that they wish they could live in another country, have other friends, other lovers and jobs - Ha! A rebirth of the spiritual self is far more than a change in address. It is madness to believe you would rise somehow awoken to a birthing of your soul if you had a different external situation than the very one you created!

A genuine rebirth, an authentic rebirth is calamity, it’s when the walls of the serpent close in around one and the fear you never let yourself face screams for all your attention that you will be eternally lost and forgotten and forgotten even to yourself, then you shall see the hallmark of my summoning, then you shall taste the labour of an authentic spiritual rebirthing, then you shall fashion the very tools within yourself to move through the serpentine canal of one’s rebirth and be born anew.

This then, however much you could hold, anchor and stay intact enough to remerge survived, is the spiritual rebirth you desired and have now completed. Peoples often mistakenly believe that a spiritual rebirth is the same for all. It is not. It is dependant on many variables, the light and hues of your own soul, not every rebirth emerges the same nor with the same level of power. This is of individual requirement and timing.

My energy is not solely for this purpose that I speak of this day. I have other powers such as the purging of emotional toxicity that festers within. Purging is not of the same energetic reconfiguration as that of a spiritual rebirth. More I shall speak on this matter another time.

For now understand, should you desire from a deep inner yearning to call to me as a rebirthing goddess then one must contemplate this desire fully. Call me after your contemplation and conviction is complete and I shall assist you to honour your “dark night of the soul” in my serpentine passage of utter transformation. Be born anew my child.
