What Kat says about her spicy soaps:

With my spicy soaps I have included 2 types of stimulating warming soaps to use this winter.
I have made good use of the warming essential oils like black pepper, nutmeg and clove, which help to warm the body by boosting circulation. These soaps are made from natural ingredients and are very gentle on the skin.

Francesca comments on her magickal potion:

The versatility of Pino Woman is that we can use her sacred powder (the potion) in almost all life situations. The Pino potion is used for blessing and consecration - consecration just means to make sacred. We can sprinkle her potion under our bed when we spring clean, on our altars to cleanse and renew the space, sprinkling in the bath at the end or start of a relationship, work project or any endeavour.

When we honour our life events we bring the sacredness into our everyday lives. This can help us have a feeling of being really blessed and in synchronicity with life.
